Chicken Bundles

Ingredients:
- 1 can of refrigerator crescent rolls
- 8 oz. block of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2-3 cups shredded chicken, cooked (about 3-4 chicken breasts)
- 1 egg
- 2 TBSP water
- Crushed crackers (Saltine, Ritz) or Stove Top Stuffing mix
Sauce
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 3 TBSP sour cream
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400° F
- Combine cream cheese and butter
- Add cooked shredded chicken
- Lay the 8 crescents flat on a cookie sheet
- Place a couple spoonfulls of the chicken mixture into the center of the crescent roll
- Fold the crescent over the mixture and seal
- Crack the egg in a small bowl and add a the water and beat
- Dip the chicken bundle in the egg mixture and then in the crushed saltine crackers and place on the cookie sheet
- Cook at 400° F for 20 minutes or until golden brown
- Sauce: Put cream of chicken soup in a small sauce pan and add milk and heat
- Add sour cream and cheese stirring until cheese melts
- Serve Sauce over Chiken
